Follow the step-by-step instructions to register, make the payment, and upload the required documents on the platform provided by the law firm.
To join the initiative, please follow the procedure below:
1- REGISTER AS A SUPPORTING MEMBER ON ACQUIRENTI
Visit the Association’s registration page (https://acquirenti.besttool.it/login.aspx?lang=en), click on REGISTER, and enter all the required information. In the MEMBERSHIP FEE field, select the option “Supporting Member (€ 270)”.
After completing the registration, you will receive an email titled “Confirm your registration to ACQUiRENTi APS”, which contains a link to activate your account.
IMPORTANT: You must click that link; otherwise, the next step — “Log into the Reserved Area” — will not work.
2- LOG INTO YOUR RESERVED AREA AND COMPLETE THE PAYMENT
From the registration page (https://acquirenti.besttool.it/login.aspx?lang=en) you can now access the Reserved Area using your email and the password you chose. In the Membership Fee section, click on the green ACTIVATE NOW button and proceed with payment by credit card.
3 – SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS
If you have collected the documents related to your case, you can upload them to the dedicated platform created by the Law Firm at this address:
https://lyconet-leonefell-acquirenti.lovable.app/
The platform also includes a virtual assistant that can guide you through each step correctly and answer your questions.
All uploaded documents will be stored and linked to your file, to be reviewed by the Law Firm.
4- COMMUNICATIONS
The activity of collecting and reviewing documents is huge and we prioritise it in order not to miss legal deadlines and to protect your rights. For this reason, all efforts of Acquirenti APS and the Law Firm are currently focused on these tasks. We kindly ask everyone to be patient if communications and response times are slower than usual.
All important updates and information for members will always be sent via email. If you absolutely need feedback regarding a matter related to your case, you may write to recupero.lyconet@acquirenti.org, keeping in mind—as mentioned above—that response times depend on the primary work of organizing legal actions and preparing court hearings.
